Matt has always delivered my orders in a timely fashion. I ordered a coil pack
that was bad out of the box. DR returned it to the supplier. The supplier went belly up and did not make good on it. Matt sent me his personal coil pack, no guestions asked. That is what I call great service.

i know this is an old thread or whatever, but it seems to get matt's attention And none of my e-mails do...

Hey man, I ordered 16t's and an arc-2 a few weeks ago. We spoke on the phone and you offered me a great deal on upgrading the MAF, as the standard size was out-of-stock. That was not this tuesday past, but the previous. I asked when it was getting shipped, and I was told that day.

I have not received any confirmation e-mails, tracking numbers, or the usual e-mail from ups regarding online orders. However, I was quite surprised to see a box from dynamic racing in the mail yesterday! Whooo-hooo, I thought. But alas, no ARC-2 setup. *just* my turbos. lol.

I see you have a record of great customer service, so I'm just wondering why yesterday I got my turbos but still no ARC-2? I also would have appreciated an e-amil or phone call explaining what was holding up my order, or at least when I should be expecting it. I know you must be busy, but I've sent multiple e-mails that got no replies, and there hasn't been anyone answering the phone over there.

Was there some confusion/issue over the ARC-2 and the larger size MAF upgrade? You offered a discount on the larger size, so I didn't have to wait for the regular one (thank you!)....Am i now waiting for the upgraded one??

I will chime in on this thread. Matt has to purchase arc2s from gtpro. he placed a large order from gtpro to replenish his stock on the arc2 units. they are almost finished from production. The arc2 not in stock is not matts or DR's fault, but his order was large and they will be done this next week. If matt gives me the Ok i will dropship the unit to your doorstep directly from gtpro. He upgraded your maf on the hookup deal so he can send that to you from DR. i hope this information helps. Sorry for the delay Matt

You ARC-2 shipped, the 25th of last month it was the last one I had in stock. I was out of town(and just got back tonight) but Bob shipped it out. I'll have to get the tracking # and find out what is going on with this tomarow. I'll let you know.

Thank you! I am impressed, you offer to help a customer of another shop at no real benefit to you. LOL...and you replied before Matt even had a chance to
I am not saying the unit being out of stock is anyone's fault (actually, it is DR customers fault; they bought them all ) I am trying to say that I would have liked to have been made aware of the situation. That is all. A brief phone call or e-mail would have been appreciated.

Well that's part of the confusion too, as I was told it was shipped tuesday, the 22nd. I was looking out for the ups guy the day after it was (really) shipped! lol

Not a big deal, just a lack of communication. Hopefully this will all get resolved soon now that we are in contact with each other.

Disregard anything I said about Dynamic Racing's shipping times, etc... but in MY case NOT about the lack of communication

I got my ARC-2...

Matt and everyone I apologize for the screw up but this wasn't entirely my fault. Like I said I checked the website and my e-mail daily for updates on when my order was getting shipped, and I got nothing. I also tried calling when I didn't know you were out of town and didn't reach you. So as far as I knew nothing was shipped, nothing to suggest otherwise. When I got in contact with you yesterday, you made me aware that there was some confusion with my order, but the ARC-2 was shipped a few days after the turbos, or so everyone thought.

I placed an order with another site that I had received e-mail confirmation and UPS tracking info about a week after I placed my order with Dynamic Racing. On the ups site i found what day my package was coming. I work crazy hours in the summer (construction) so I thought I knew what was in the mail that day(July 30th), put the stuff in a corner inside, and prolly went to bed, lol.

Friday(Aug. 1), however, I knew I got my turbos because my father opened a package thinking it was his stuff while I was at work. I see turbos in a box but no ARC-2, and I start to worry...and remember everyone including me thought the turbos shipped first....

Tomorrow my car is going to the shop to start having the work done. After coming home from work today (that's right, 7 days/week) I started opening up All my boxes I got in over the past few weeks to look at some of the stuff before it all goes in. My face seriously looked like this when I open one box and I see A dynamic racing invoice!!! ALONG with the ARC-2!!!

I realized what happened. Because I hadn't heard from anyone from DR (except once a few days after my order), the website always says Q next to your order meaning queued, (not even processed) and I got parts I KNEW I was expecting via tracking from another website, coincidently the same day I got the ARC-2 from you. To me, I thought I knew what was in all the boxes I was getting in because they all had ups tracking numbers, and the site says "stuff is coming on this day" (at least the date is all i look at, lol)

Like I said, I'm basically at work or sleeping most of the summer, but I formally apologize for not checking all the boxes before saying or implying anything negative about Dynamic Racing. Even if it's not entirely my fault. I just want to make good on anything bad I said and for anyone who's read this.

Matt I hope you hear about this before you try to call me from the Dominican Republic with that tracking number tomorrow.

I have bought more items from DR than I would like to add up but bar none best shop i have ever worked with. Matt is a really honest business man and he takes the time to provide customer service over the phone. I mean how sweet is it to get your base fuel maps, plug gaps, boost seetings, diagnostic ideas, etc etc from the world record holder!

And he did call me Monday, as promised, despite my efforts to let him know it was not necessary. thank you.
