Ok maybe I was wrong.

I waited to post this until nescessary. My patience is wearing thin.
It seems my last situation was ONLY EVEN ADRESSED because i typed it in here. So, unfortunately, I will pursue that route again...

I ordered td-04 WG actuators from DR two saturdays ago. Again, I ordered parts from another place, which can be used for reference, on the same date. Last Wednesday I recieved parts from "X." They are MUCH closer to me than DR is, so I figured in the next 2 days I should get my DR stuff. Mon. or Tues. (of that week) I sent DR a request for tracking numbers and other info. Thurs. I get a call durring a mad rush at work to finish the job I'm at, which I could not take. Later, I check my voice mail, and Matt says the parts I ordered are out of stock (AGAIN!) and he was trying to get the manufacturer to "drop ship" them to me, and he'd let me know how it worked out.

Well none of my e-mails or PM's have been answered. I call DR today (last day of work!) and there phones are shut off or something. I go online for the first time in about a week....NO RESPONSES AT ALL! WTF? And 5 days after he would "let me know," no one has let me know anything? Not too cool.

The other part of it is the DR website. I ordered 3 items total (16t set, arc-2 setup, and WG actuators, specifically), and two of them were out of stock! The site has no provision for whether what you ordered is in or out of stock. They also don't automatically provide tracking numbers, so customers have no idea of when stuff shipped or should be arriving. That, combined with how it appears they haven't charged your credit card ("Amount Paid: $0.00") makes for some fun waiting times! Oh, and pics please? If I could see that the DR 16t's didn't come with actuators (as many new turbos do) I would've ordered them when I ordered the turbos!

Ugghhh...what a headache!

It's a shame because I heard good things about DR. I don't get it. Is this complete and utter lack of customer service and satisfaction unique to me? Or is this more of a recent trend for new customers? Perhaps they have grown into too big of a company? IDK....just speculating while I sit and wait here for my parts.

# 1 your parts on the last order, the ARC-2 and turbos were shipped to you, YOU set the box Aside thinking it was somthing els. You made a post on here about getting the turbos and NOT the ARC-2 when in fact you received the ARC-2 the day BEFOR you recived the turbos. This stuff was not on back order, the only think I did not has was the 83mm MAS (that almost nobody orderes the ARC-2 with any more and thats why I don't stock it, I have not sold one with a 83mm MAS in like 3 yrs, I can only stock so much, I have over $200,000 in parts in stock, if I stocked EVERYTHING evenslow moving parts that would be easly over $400,000 that makes no sence). You opped not to wait and get the 92mm MAS, I shipped it the next day after talking to you.

#2 when you ordered the Waist gates you NEW I was out of the COUNTRY, you new this because I called you on my cel phone from the Domincan Republic (at most lily $20 a min lolol) to give you your tracking # for the ARC-2 that you already recived. So as soon as I got back I prossessed the orders that were placed wile I was gone, I did not have those WG's in stock, and I called you and told you thy were going to be drop shipped, and thy were here is the tracking # 1Z0Y01100346190960

I cant find a single E-mail in my system from the time I got back into the USA, so I don't know were these E-mails you sent me are, maby thy got blocked in the spam filter.

If you haven't actually talked to a person about when products arrive, dont expect them to arrive on a certain day. I have dealt with countless vendors before and communication is a two way road.

Many people order parts and they dont care about them arriving the next week etc. If you want somethign to rush, you have to make sure you are clear about your expectations. I took my own responsibility to make sure I got everything I needed last week (even a custom built pressure plate) to go dyno because I am the only one who knows my schedule and my expectations.
If you don't share your expectations, nobody can be expected to meet them. If your expectations are unreasonable or impossible because of various circumstances, then the same thing goes.

Wow! you don't understand the situation. Did you read carefully my last post?
DR is the only one who knows if their parts are out of stock. DR is the only one who can answer customer e-mails. DR is the one responsible for letting the customer know if there are things that will make an order take longer than is reasonable. OK and reasonable is a relative term. (3-4 days to process allowing for weekends, etc..) (1-2 weeks shipping time is reasonable) Share my expectations?
OK: I expect that someone process an order in a normal, timely fashion! That goes without saying! I expect that if there are delays to be notified! And I expect a call back when that's what someone says they're going to do!

I didn't expect a rush. I expected normal. I didn't expect long delays. My expectations are not unreasonable, they are based on countless other online vendors I have dealt with. I have never heard someone say that expecting parts in a reasonable amount of time needs to shared with the vendor. The fact is that they know what a customer accepts as fast, normal, and slow shipping. How they respond to an order is up to them.

In fact, many sites ship stuff ASAP JUST TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY what a concept!!?!?!

ps spam blocker is BS. I sent all e-mails from same computer, from the same DR site. Some got answered, some got ignored. And PM's were sent also when Matt was online, making new posts, which also got ignored.

A f#@%ing 2 way street, huh? save your rhetoric.

Whats so funny about this is BOTH times you made posts about both your orders your parts had already been shipped. The first time you made a post you already had the order (the ARC-2) at your house were it had been for some time. The Next time about the WG actuators I called you and left a msg that I did not have them in stock, and I was going to see about getting them drop shipped to save time on them having to come here then go out to you from here. I was able to get them drop shipped and thy were already on the way to you when you again posted how I had not shipped your order and how horable we are.

And again like in your PM, you think just because it shows that i'm on line on 3si does not meen I am. That merely meens that the window is open to 3si on my shop computer. I am not on call 24hrs a day, I have a life, I'm a single dad, at 5pm I leave the shop and I'm not back till the next day.

Anybody that deals with the public will tell you some customers you can bend over backwards and forwards for like I have with you (even to the Extent of getting you a tracking # wile I was out of the country and calling you with it, even thow the box was already at your house) and thy still are not happy. I really don't know what els I could have done to help you. You got all your parts in a timely fashion.

What I recommend to you would be seeing how you are not happy. Is that you don't buy any future parts from us. Even thow I really still cant understand why you are so mad. If anybody should be upset it's me, I have bent over to help you and you still keep bashing me.

I called you both times you ordered something We did not have in stock (the 82mm MAS, and the WG actuators). On the MAS you opted to go with the 92mm, and then your order was shipped out. On the Actuators as soon as I got back into the country I called you told you I did not have it in stock and was going to try and get it drop shipped to speed it up. It was then drop shipped. You some how seem to think when you place a order weather we have it or not it should shipp out that day, well I cant ship something that I don't have. In both cases I called you to tell you I did not have it, and in both cases it was shipped out as soon as humanly possible. In both cases some how that was not good enuf.

Matt,

nothing i said to that idiot was directed at you. I was upset that someone not all involved felt it necessary to voice their opinion, despite lacking an understanding of the whole situation.

I apologized to you about the arc-2 thing, but I wasn't the only one confused about what shipped when! I really just wish this didn't have to be brought up in every post...oh well! I'll be the first to admit when i make a mistake.

And about the WG's...i guess i lost my patience when i didn't hear back from you. posting on here was just an attempt to get an update, as I hadn't heard at that point whether forge was shipping to me or you first, as you said. I figured I would have heard from you before they were shipped, so when i didn't hear back i thought they didn't ship yet! that's all!

For the record, I've apologized to matt, he seems to have accepted, so anyone please withhold comments!! thank you! And matt is willing to help me with my tune...not such a bad guy after all!

I guess being not too active on the forums, I didn't realize the laid back nature of 3S customers and vendors. We are, in fact, a unique group.

So now that we've established that I'm an asshole, what else is there to talk about? maybe an admin would be so kind as to close this thread? I can't see any good coming out of it. I already know, someone will want to run their mouth, and all it's doing is making it harder for everyone to move on. Matt, you have my apology, everyone else....HAVE A NICE DAY!
