We are going to wait and see how these cams do. Once we get community feedback as far as demand is concerned it's a definate possibility.

So, what do 264 and 272 and 280 mean?

Degrees of duration - how many degrees of rotation the valves stay open. Higher duration numbers generally = higher HP gains at higher rpms,... at the cost of torque down low.

So, if i had a single turbo that performed good up top, but want more low end HP what would I want? I don't want a 280 because a single will have much of it's power up top anyways, like the gt42 series. I wouldn't want to sacrifice anymore torque or hp down low.

What would I want for more low end?

Because you have a larger turbo you would want more duration to take advantage of the power up top. I would just go with a 272 for your setup, its a nice grind has a smooth idle vs the 280 and will be a good medium for torque and high end HP.
