I've heard you can mix and match the Tein S-Tech and H-Tech springs to get a good lowering on the VR4 spyders. Can you put together a special set for that, and how much would it be?

If you mean have the fronts as s-techs and the rears as h-tech or the other way around you cannot do that unless you purchase a set of each.

My friend has s-tech's on his Spyder, and the ride is amazingly like stock, but handles a lot better and ofcourse no more wheel gap. The ride was a bit firmer too.
