3SX doesn't just offer great parts and service for the 3S platform. Most of it's employees eat, sleep, and breathe 3S
. We are here because we love these cars. A few of us have been around so long that I thought it would be neat to make a thread showing all of our 3S cars past and present. I'll start! I purchased my first 3S October 10th, 1996. It was a 1992 3000GT VR4. One test drive and I knew I was hooked! It was completely stock at the time. First time to the track ran a 13.9@97mph. After a bit of modding her best time was a 12.5@110. ![]() ![]() My second 3S was a 1991 3000GT SL ATX. It was a very nice daily driver. She stayed completely stock the entire time I had her. ![]() ![]() My third 3S was a 1993 Stealth RT/TT. I told myself that it was going to remain stock but that did last long. Within a week I had it modded and at the track. My best time with 9b's was a 12.8@104.5. I lost one race to a Honda and said "That is the last time that will EVER happen!" Sooner after that I had upgraded turbos and all the supporting mods to go with it. That setup netted a 11.44@122.56 at the track. That was fast enough for a couple years but then the new C6 Z06 came out and it was time to upgrade again! I went with the 3SX TD05 kit and the car was CRAZY fast! Only got a chance to go to the track once with this setup. Best time was a 11.7@129.3 with a horrible 2.1 60'! My wife and I had our first baby so the TT had to go ![]() ![]() ![]() My fourth and current 3S is a 1992 Stealth SOHC ATX. This is also a very nice daily driver but I recently decided that it needed a little more power! So right now I am in the process of a twin turbo conversion and 3000GT body conversion. Couple more weeks and she will be hitting the streets and the track. My goal for this one is a 12.8 in the 1/4 and a paintjob that is one color! ![]() ![]()
