Looks like MaTT is getting to boost limit around 3500 rpm; I am only around 7 psi; what would that indicate. regards

Matt's car is odd, we aren't sure why it boosts faster and has more low end torque than most any other TD05 car we have tested. Could be the pocket ported only heads with stock cams?

I am hitting 16 psi (what I have it set to) @ 3650-3700. You can feel it start building @ 3-3200 and then it just sets you back in the seat when it all kicks in.

Looks like I have found my problem. Both intercoolers were leaking so system was not holding pressure. Also found all four cams out by one tooth. Has to be retuned. Will let you know results. Thanks for everyone's help.

We install a number of the kits at the shop. They are normally as flat as any other aftermarket header flange we run across. But with any aftermakrket header there are a few out there that are a little off. I have take a torch to a few while in the press and nudged them back to flat. They were so slight a mill could have cleaned it up to straight.
