I have an exhaust leak as well when engine is cold. Was only running in at low rpm. Leaked sealed very quickly after cold start. Need to pull the engine to fix so leaving for the moment to see how it goes.

Engine was getting too warm on full dyno tune above 5500 rpm to run to full revs. Running Motec.

Fuel pump issue discovered on road run at higher rpm; this is being fixed at present.

I believe 260 kw at wheels at 5500.

you shouldn't need to pull the motor, you can get the manifolds off with the engine in the car, check them with a straightedge to see if they are straight, its fairly inexpensive to have a machinist mill the flanges.

283 kilowatts = 379 awhp

Still sounds low, should be in the mid 400's at least.

yeah, that sounds low. I think most of the 3SX TD05 setups we dyno are in the 400s at that psi
