On the interrnal wastegates, when the turbo is bolted up the flapper chamber is closed which will prevent them form bypassing. Most people do use a spot weld on the flapper just for added protection.

Hope this helps.
I'm almost afraid to not weld them, doesnt that pipe see upwards of 50 psi? how can it not leak?

Slip exhaust sections are common. DN has used them on their setups forever.
T4 and T2 has used/developed this kit for upwards of 2 years in one variation or another as we were testing/fitting/changing it until we came to our final production kit. They never leaked out of the WG slip fitting.

You shouldn't have any issues using the slip fitting on the WG.

If possible can some one show me a pic of where they install the waste gate vacume hoses. where did they tap it into to get vacum for both waste gates.

I had no problems with the kit with the exception of the rear wastegate tube as well, but this is a great kit and well worth the money.

My suggestion with the oil return lines, for the front line use 1 90 degree and 1 45 degree fitting rather than the 2 90's, and one straight and one 45 degree on the rear ones, the lines would fit perfect and have absolutely no struggles getting them onto the oil pan and turbo adapters. the length is spot on for both.

I will post pics of my install, I am anal as hell about everything, I had them ceramic coated as well, custom coolant lines etc. No sense of not going balls out on this kit

My note on turbo clocking, I just removed the v band clamp, popped out the one alignment pin and put it back together, took like 5 min, I see no reason to pop the snap ring out since the center cartrige is lined up about the way it needs to be already.

Glad everything is coming together for you. We put down 633AWHP on a customer car with this kit last month
