3SX TD05 Kit install?

The car was only run to 5458 rpm due to insufficient cooling on the dyno with the claim that it had more to go. What rpm should power output peak?

I only have 550 injectors; would that be the major shortfall.

No it shouldn t be the injectors, becuase you are only at 1 bar. They should be ok till around 24psi with TD05 kit on pump gas + meth (correct me if I'm wrong) and you are only at 14psi. You should check for vacuum leaks cause that sounds pretty low

you shouldn't need to pull the motor, you can get the manifolds off with the engine in the car, check them with a straightedge to see if they are straight, its fairly inexpensive to have a machinist mill the flanges.

Your right, I didn't have to pull the motor out to fix the leaks. I was just fustrated.
the leaks that I have or had ( it's in work right know) was the rear wastegate gasket and the turbo to manifold gasket. I got metal gasket on know.
I should be up and running by thursday.
overall this kit is not bad at all. I didn't have any major issues.

Tell you whats a real PITA, trying to get to the bottom bolt on the rear wastegate with the kit and engine in the car, I fought with that thing for a good 3 hours lol!!!.
