Well, you have a week and a half to replace the harness

..
You can easily pull the engine yourself if you're willing to take the time to do it..
It requires minimal tools..
A wrench and socket of the following sizes..
10mm
12mm
14mm
17mm
19mm
a rubber or lead mallet (just in case)
and a lot of patience. ..
You need to get under there and remove the Downpipe and the CV axles.
remove the trans mount completely from the trans and the engine bay (fender well 4x14mm bolts)
Then you put a jack under the engine (find a good spot to jack it at the rear a little use a 2x4 if you have one)..
jack the engine a little to take the tension off of the rear mount bolt..
take out the rear mount bolt, then let the engine down and do the same for the front..
then remove the drivers side mount bolt ..
then unplug all harnesses you can find and slowly pull the engine out. Remember to just pump the hoist a few times really slowly and then move the back of the engine down and the trans down a little and unplug harnesses as they become visible.
The engine will be out in no time..
With no engine the Harness shouldn't take too much time to replace..
swap the ECU in with some 360cc injectors and run an OEM boost solenoid for a while..
No need to go crazy on the boost right away anyway.. ..
