Dodge uhhhhh please help

can someone help i have a 93 dodge stealth. i was driving it and suddenly i broke down, i took it to a shop after looking at the distributer. after paying a but load to the mechanic still didnt know what the problem was so i did a few test of my own and it seems to be the ecu/ecm and i was woundering how i would test to see if its getting power? i had already replaced the mfi/master relay thinking that could be the problem any suggestions? i tried to pull a diagnostic on the car and nothing, and its not getting fire as well?

I hear stories like this all the time, and it just sends me over the edge... How can someone call themselves a mechanic if they can't figure out a simple no start on a 15 year old car.. That's a fifteen minute job for someone who knows what they're doing.. No more than an hour if it's something really odd.

My first two questions.. Do you have a wire diagram for the car, and have you verified the distributor is turning?
