Default Thinking of selling my car any advice?

Hello Im tired of my car always messing up. Well really it has only been the transmission. I have payed a guy to rebuild it once and now after them working on it rebuilding several times. Witch they can't ever seem to get it right im back were I started with a hole in tranmission case and they want to charge me all over again. About $900 for a used one he found instead of rebuilding mine again. But I am super upset at them I payed they had a warranty and now they say it is my fault and I have to pay again. So I am thinking of selling it as is with broke transmission. Then somone can have it and pay that money and have a good working car. Then I can go buy something else maybe. I am wondering what do you all think? Should I sell it fix it again or what? If someone wants it, its a 95 3000gt sl automatic with 105k miles and new belts tired battery pulleys and used crankpulley and rebuilt alternator and everything works good. Just tranmission they can't ever seem to get right. So If someone wants it as a parts car or put a tranny in it and use it please send me a offer thanks.

If the place you got the tranny from had a warranty they should fix it. How long did it last before it broke again? But if you are driving your car hard, and doing neutral slams then it's on you.

As for selling your car it's up to you. I can tell you that selling a broke car won't get you much, best bet would be to part it out. What are you wanting for the whole car?

I am not getting the whole story here.
How is it they can say it is your fault? Can they prove it was your fault?
Bad thing about a lawyer is they can drag it out for ever and may end up costing you more than the repair unless you win the case.

I would surly turn them into the better business bureau.
It sucks man that this crap is happening to you. I do hope it goes in your favor.

Well it has a warranty and was still covered. But they sayed I must have ran something over and smashed the pan in causing the tranny to not get fluids causing all the damage. But I can't say I don't drive my car hard and about netraul slams whats that mean? I mean I have put it into neatural at like a stop lite after I have stopped and that so I don't have to keep my foot on the brake does that count?

Neutral slam is when you put you car into neutral rev it up and slam it into drive. Did you run anything big over? If not and they are saying the tranny is not getting oil for some reason, that is their fault and they need to fix it...

I would have wanted to see the so called pan damage. Sounds like they are trying to get out of fixing some shoddy work.

+1 as well. The fact that they want to buy a used one, and not rebuild your makes me think they don't know what they are doing..

Yea they gave me the option of what to do. They said I could either get another or let them rebuild mine again. So I thought one they didn't do it right before and two it would be faster to get another so I went for that. But still no car they said one they got was bad and have to wait for money back and get another now. But no as far as I know didn't run anything over and im only one that drives it. I mean if anything might have been some rail road tracks thats about all I have every went over. Also I wanted to see the pan damage to but since I was working and they close after I get off etc there was no way for me to get there and that. Also when I it went limp or whatever thats when they said about the pan thing. Also I checked and tranny had no fluids or none showing on the stick so I went and bought some and put it in and showed fluid but still didn't work. But there is no way it should have all leaked out since I had just got it back like a few weeks at most from them. But really not sure what I can do have to have a car. They know that I think so they are taking me. Think it would do any good to get a lawyer? I won't lie I drove it fast but not real hard and I did test it out like floor it when I got it back but just to test how fast it would shift and not alot.
