The drive isnt a big deal,
Im considering showing up for just Fri & Sat. but I worry about ripping it at the Road Course and having to find a way to tow it back home if worse comes to worse.

I have never drove that far. Anything longer than 4 hours and I am in traction.
My back can't take it.

You can do it! I suffered a horrible back injury last November and I'll still make it - 750ish miles for me, plus all the work I'll do while I'm there (18 hour days, non-stop). My step-mom is making the same drive and she had two major spinal surgeries (1 4-level fusion and 1 5-level fusion) last summer. Just stop every couple of hours and stretch. You can do it!! And it'll be worth it!
