UPDATED INFORMATION.

THIS YEARS MEET WILL ALL BE IN THE TULSA AREA.

The hotel we're using is the Radison. If you need to reserve a room please contact Matt. We were able to get a better rate using his military discount then the normal group rate. Looks like rates are going to be $79 per night for a 4 star hotel. So any hotel rooms needed will be reserved under his military discount. Please contact him as soon as possible for this. (918) 805-1784. We also need to get a list going of each person that is coming and number of guests. I have a running number in my head, but want to make sure this is correct.
Here are the current plans. (subject to slight revision if need be)

Friday, September 18th,
Test and tune/ drag racing at Tulsa Raceway Park

Saturday, September 19th,
Breakfast? Scenic cruise(possibly poker run), Car show and banquet at Crows Creek Tavern on brookside (Tulsa, ok) Possibly end the night with a party at the hotel.

and Sunday, September 20th
Import Face Off.

We're still working on Getting the shirts printed up. I've revised the designs a little and will be releasing those soon.

The sooner the better. September is still 4 months away. Should give anyone enough time to get their cars done.

The Avon store in south Tulsa is going to sponsor fliers for this. So as soon as we get the date locked down we'll get those printed up and ready to spread around. I think I'm going to have her do 250 state wide meet fliers, and 250 ok3s club fliers. What do you all think of those numbers?

Is this just a 3S meet? If it is, that is about 400 filers to many. I think we would be lucky to get 30 cars to our meet. Only about 115 3S cars are going to NG, if that gives you a better idea.....
