You need to remove the kick panel(lower dash), and there are 2 more screws holding the whole assembly in. To remove the kick panel I believe you need to remove your dash vents to access the bolts. Check stealth316 for more detail

you can see the mounts where the screws go in in this picture(the two posts)

You know I blasted my heat in my base the other day, and i put my hand in front of that vent, I could not feel any air unless i got within an inch of it. Even that close there was barely any air
