things like my gauges came in and my turbo timer. along with new aluminum dash vents

So here is the end result. but still need to finish up the interior. This is just step one.

How hard was it to take the center gauges out? I just did the main speedo/rpm with Speedhuts and I couldn't figure out a way to get them out without taking out the whole dash. Do you have any suggestions?

i took out the whole dash because of the dash vents. but if you take off the glove box and have tiny screw drivers to get in from the side of the glove box you can get the center pod out. will be a tight squeeze.

you also need to take out the center vents to get the pod off its two screws.

calibrating is a bitch though. still need to re-calibrate them a little.

Yeah, my RPMs are off about 200 and my Speedo is off about 5-10 mph. It isn't hard to fix, it is just annoying have to take out the cluster over and over trying to get it perfect. I'm hoping I can figure a way to get the center gauges out without removing the dash. I dropped the glovebox, but couldn't get a screwdriver in there. I also couldn't figure out how to get the center vents off.

I think it looks great! Nice job. Always loved the pre-94 dash.
