Default stock interior Vs...

like the title says... I have the left over seats, steering wheel, shift knob from my old car and I'm thinking about putting them in my GTO... what do you guys think?...
should I stay with the stock look or should I go all out with the existing performance stuff?

Stock is 100% win imo. Unless you track the car and need the seats to keep you in one spot while driving.

Our stock seats are 100x win. There is literally nothing wrong with them.

Are those power? Looks like cloth?

I would love to get a set of non-power leather seats to save on weight but keep it looking OEM.

And I hear you with the sliding around, even with the bolsters in all the way I'm still shoving my knee against the speaker grille during autox runs lol

imho, as a newbee, stock looks great. besides u could always hold onto your racing seats for when your gto seats show the wear on the bolsters
