When mine broke, I was lazy. I took it to a local shop. For $155, they replaced the regulator and the window tint (which was screwed up by the guide wire and dropping in the door) I don't know where they got the regulator itself, the local Mitsu dealer didn't have it, yet the shop was able to get it the next day. And they gave me a life-of-vehicle-ownership warranty on it, which to me was worth every penny I paid.
