I've found these on ebay and they caught my eye since they are so cheap. I was wondering if anyone has installed them and how they liked them. Also, since they say "universal" does that mean I'd have to drill holes in my floorboard to install? or how does that work? Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

I wouldn't get a cheap set of racing seats. While I can't speak for those seats exactly I can say the set I bought off of ebay were complete junk, I broke 2 of them within less than 500 miles, the first within 5 minutes. And as far as mounting them, your really going to want to buy the real brackets, but you could fab something up if need be.

You'll need a bracket for them. It's about 120 dollars shipped. I got my seats of ebay last year, and I still don't have a problem with it. The problem was shipping, UPS sucks a shipping heavy items.
They weren't bomz racing. Some other brand. But, you better not be fat or tall to own racing seats, or else it can be a anoying. |

I'm definatly not tall, I was kinda worried about width though. I wear a 55 coat and 36 pants, so I can't imagine 20" ass width on a seat would be too small.

im having the same problem. I just ordered some seats from ebay. They look great but the "universal" slider brackets that come with it do not match up with the one bolt and the hole for the rear nut at all. Its almost 2 inches off. Where do i get the correct brackets that will bolt up to my car and the aftermarket seat b/c lord knows getting the bracket off the stock seat is impossible and will not work.

I cut my stock seat up and used the sliders off of that for a few days but I didn't like the way that turned out so I ordered the real Corbeau brackets (the seats I had were Cr-1 looking knock offs) and they pretty much bolt right to the Corbeau with little modification (Drill two holes). Google the sliders you can find them, I believe they were $180, but maybe they were less.
