Default Active Aero Conversion Complete

Well as you guys read in the last posting i did. I was doing a conversion for the active aero wing in my car that did not come with it. I ran into some problems with getting the light to come on and that the wire for the light was not putting out enough volts to light it up. Well i took the car to the auto electric shop and because i am blind, i ended up connecting the wrong wire for the light. See there are two yellow and black wires coming from the computer. I just had them crossed. Stupid me. Oh well, after paying the shop 60 bucko's to tell me that, well all is working just great. My projects with my car are done. Thanks to all who attempted to help me out with advise. Oh, and thanks to the people who made this possible for me to do by selling me the active aero wing, computer, all pig tails needed to connect the wires, switch, and the aero simulator.

Oh, well the only way to see the wing doing it's thing is to take video of it working. Kinda like Evan did. But i have no way to upload movie video yet.

Nice work mate.

Do you have any info about the active aero computer? i.e. which box is it, part numbers etc? I've been thinking about getting my rear wing working again, just trying to narrow down which bits I'll have to replace.

Cheers,

Will.

Well, i don't know the part number off hand, but it is located next to the power antenna behind the left rear cargo plastic back near the jack opening. It has two plugs going into it. One set of wires plugging into it has smaller wires, and the other plug has thicker wires. Hope that helps.
