Default Vacuum Leak- how easy to fix?

I bought a gasket for between the upper and lower plenum, which was what the dealership suggested. Does anyone know of a good car illiterate walkthrough I can do to replace the gasket? I'm having some friends come to help, but neither of them have ever touched a 3000gt....I mean like diagrams, good clear notes..

Thanks!

be EXTRA careful when removing the nuts on each side of the plenum(not bolts - nuts!) that there are washers that love to fall into the lower intake. and can cause major damage. make sure that when you remove the nuts , pick up those washers and throw them away so you wont have this concern in the future, you dont need em anyways.

what he said! ive been a member for a short whiile but cant count the times i read about that simple mistake causeing an engine failer. even if you dont think you dropped something down in it, check it, before reinstalling plenum. your also bolting steel to aluminum so only 18ft pounds of torque for the bolts. its easy to overtorque them and they strip easy.

yea, I know it was said and then said again, but it's my mission in life.

GET RID OF THOSE WASHERS!!!!!!!

and yes I lost my engine to one of those little buggers. Although from where I sit now, could have been the best thing to ever happen to me.
