Mitsubishi Under Hood Light?

Does anyone know where i can find the wire/harness that goes from the under hood inspection light to umm wherever it goes connected? THanks

i dont know if it works cause i'm missing the entire wire that connect is all i have is the little plastic cage and the bulb, NO WIRES!!!!!!! i'm trying to restore my car to factory specs and i would like this to work

Yeah, the light won't work unless the parking lights are on. I guess they assume you don't need to look under there unless it's night and your car is running and you have the lights on.

wow- there's another one of those things that my car has done once or twice (the light under the hood working) and me not knowing why explained away

Wow...that's one of those silly things that I hate. SOME things should always work, or be labeled so you don't chase your tail. I just checked this out on my car...sure as sh|t, only on with the parking lights.

tried that (read the manual) traced the wire a bit, i have a break somewhere. but i loose sight of it when it joins a larger harness. wiring diagram anyone??
