trans is messing up. need help!!! - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center

ok i just did the twin turbo swap, it worked great for about 2 weeks. then one day i was going from a stop light and when i let off the clutch all the way and got up to about 4k rpm the car made a machine gun sound that shook the whole car and it sounded like it was shooting off 15-20 rounds of bullets, very loud and it shook the car really bad. i took the trans pan bolt off and there are 3 pieces of metal 1/4 the size of a dime, and metal shavings all over the place.. i need some help here guys. can anyone give any suggestions to what might have broke?? the shop said they think that it is the ring gear for final drive. i called 3sx and they said thats near to impossible to break. they told me to get them to look at the output shaft and the drive axle. any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

Either going to be a gear itself or the diff exploded.

well here is the weird part. when i got it towed to my house and i started it and tryed to show my friend what was going on. and of course it didnt do it. it ran fine for another 4 days. then it did it again and wouldnt stop so i figured it had just gave out and it was done. so i had it towed back to the shop and when it got there it ran fine. they had to launch it to replicate what i was feeling... what going on here??
