Default So, there was grease and oil all over my clutch

So, there was grease and oil all over my clutch. Has to get new clutch and flywheel resurfaced. Really thick nasty stuff that doesn't even come off with GoJo. Whats probably leaking? Should I buy a new input and output shaft seals?

Thanks for help.

Check the rear main seal as well.

If you have a groove on the sealing surface of whatever shaft you are re[placing a seal for IT WONT SEAL with a new seal. There are "repair kits" you can buy for some shafts to fix this. They are a thin metal sleeve that slides over your worn one. Just letting you know there is an option if you need it.

I'd say rear main seal. Either one is bad news.

You'd probably better start becoming good friends with your local chapter.
