Default R/J Stealth?

Well here's the story, I called on a 91 RT/TT Stealth today with 78,000 miles, and he told me that it said RJ on the side panels rather than RT. I'm thinking the guy's crazy, and probably just misread RT. Well, he sends me pics of the car, and it really is RJ, does anybody know what this is?
Also, while I'm at it, let me get some advice. It's a 91 TT Stealth, pearl white, tear free interior, 78,000 miles, he seems to think the 60k was done by the previous owner, doesn't grind gears, and spools good with no oil leakage that is visible. The only problem is the tires sat for a good while with no air in them, therefore causing cracking along the side wall, therefore it may need new tires. Anyways, I believe he wants in the 6 thousand dollar range, what's a good price to everyone?

Thanks,
Scott

with seventy eight thousand original miles, the six thousand dollar range sounds pretty good. of course, you'll want to go get new tires (make sure you don't wanna go aftermarket right off the bat to save you a little dough in the long run), and if the seller has no proof of the 60k tune up being done, you may want to go ahead and get it done as a precaution.

i've never heard of r/j. maybe that was a previous owner's name, and he decided to doll up the vehicle and make it special to him.

good luck, and welcome to the boards

actually the 91 twin turbo cars didn't say R/T on the side. They said Twin Turbo on the doors and thats it. There was an R/T on the rear bumper.

haha, that was my exact reaction. And it looks original. Of course I'm sure somewhere out there, it could have been made as an aftermarket part. I've also searched it up, and came up with nothing, but did learn RJ did performance parts for Dodge, and I believe were located in Canada? I read reviews on them, and the only thing I came up with is that their shipping was terribly slow.

of course that isn't stock... probably some previous owner's initials or something.

Rim job?

I'm sorry, that was out of line.

Seriously though, never heard of it. Weird. Curious to find out what the deal is.

haha, at this point anything is possible. I noticed if you type it into Google it brings you to a dodge cummins performance forum. Maybe has something to do with it?
