Only things that I could feel on my SL were

down pipe
test pipe
lighter rims
aluminum FW

everything else just made the car sound different but it wasn't any faster.

awesome thread! answers all my questions! I am in the same boat as you Beethoven! Haha sucks not to learn about cars when your in high school would have saved me many of times over!
