Is this the same car you were abusing back in 3500 hesitation turns into really sluggish car. No power at all...still drives. ?

I'd offer even less, since I talked a guy down from 3k to 2k for a running, moving, 91 r/t tt that I even got to drive. I just need to find the 2k for it. I'd offer 1 or 1.5 to him
