your piston is not returning back as easily as the first wheel, simply put rebuild your calipers, and since your there you mine aswell paint them. fin.

edit, make sure your guide pins are well lubricated allowing your caliper to float or it will cause what your saying, im taking into account that you already did that.

Is it possible the brake piston is stuck and not retracting? On a brand new metallic or semi-metallic pad, this sounds like a reasonable explanation.

Or......

Did the small metal pice on the side of the pad get bent toward the rotor? It's the piece that squels when your pads are getting low. You might see rotor scarring if this is the case.
