yes, but....

you will need extensive modification to do this. you'll need a NON-1st gen bumper, NON-1st gen hood, NON-1st gen turn signals, and the corresponding headlight pods you wish to use. 94-98 3kgt's will require different parts than steaths and 99's. you'll need the headlight buckets, and crash bar also; unless you feel like cutting and welding.

I have a small suggestion for what to add to this thread. You have what needs to be changed at the 60k change, but you could also add a section for what to change at the 120k and 180k change. Most of the cars on the board are high mileage and will need to know what they should change when they reach those mileages. If I remember correctly its what should be changed at every 60k, plus more parts as age and high mileage takes its toll on the car.

I would be interested in knowing what parts should be changed at the 120 and 180k changes and I am sure there are others who don't know, but would be interested as well.

about the only thing i'd consider adding to the 120k service (on top of all that 60k service stuff) would be having the water pump, battery, and alternator changed. not a heck of a lot else needs done.

usually, i just get all my stuff done at the same time with the service. coolant, tranny, oil, etc. you may not actually NEED a new alternator; but if you have a bad gasket around your oil-manifold cap...i can forsee a new alternator in your near future.

remember. the water pump runs off the serpentine belt. i learned (the easy way) from my old escort...when it siezes up...it will destroy the timing belt. on these cars...that means NEW ENGINE TIME. dont' chance it.

I have a 1992 vr-4. Does any body know a quick fix to the active areo system? The system works once you turn it on. The back wing works as you accelertate, front dam comes down, but when you come to a slower speed the system turns off. You get a red malfunction light on the dash board. Turn the car off, then on and it will reset and work again. How can I make the system work properly?

I'm not sure if this has already been discussed before, but I just got my GT and I'm pretty sure it has keyless entry, but I dont have the remote. Will I be able to get a replacement from the dealer? Will that replacement be able to deactivate the alarm that is in the car (which I'm pretty sure is factory).

I'm a noob with a quick question: I think, at one point during my reading of some posts, that someone said the horsepower difference of 300-320 from 93-94 was a simple matter of removing a small piece from the engine. Is this true and where/what is it?

Yes that's true, I'm sure a search would give you what you need. When in doubt, check stealth316.com, you can find most any information you need there. Speaking of which, here's a link that will answer your question:

Is that the light that is either second or third up on the right? Because, I had a yellow box-like light that had fluid in it, so I checked everything important(oil, P.S, brake, coolant, tranny) and they were all fine, so I filled the windshield washer reservoirs, and the light went away.

If I had never seen one before, Id ask you about it too. Let us know when people start to mistake your Subaru for a Ferrari.

as far as i'm aware, there is no "washer fluid' light. if your light goes off, i've got no clue. mine was tied to my coolant--i know for a fact.
