yea thats what I was thinking... I know Viper has a lifetime warranty so I was thinking of sending it back and getting a new one. And this time have it done right. Yea i got my dash off already and hopefully I can get this thing to start and drive it over there, and half the work is already done for them haha.

You don't need to pull the dash to get at the wiring on these cars. If you want to make sure that it's the alarm and not something else pull the fuses for it. There should be three I think.

Yea I always check fuses first. I did pull the alarm system..I did need a new ignition switch, it got fried. And theres wires under the left fender that got melted together somehow which caused electrical problems for the alarm.
