Default Most BHP for your money

Hi guys i have a 95 3000gt SL and i want some more power. So far i only have $400 in the bank what can i do to get the most horsepower in that price range?. I already have an intake and a borla exaust. Any suggestions?

If you only have $400 then save your money for a rainy day. Dont worry about mods because something could go wrong with the car and then you'll have no money to put toward fixing it.

for 400 you can either do a downpipe that eliminates the main cat plus gut both the precats, or get a nitrous kit. with 400 on an N/A, theres little potential.

Even if you do the above, it wont be an extreme performance gain. I too would save it.
