Default leaking "hose" on front pass side, near control arm

I recently noticed some sort of liquid coming out of the bottom of my car, on the passenger side in front of the cat, near the front lower control arm bolt. It's a rounded edged rectangular hole/tube (didn't get a chance to jack the car and get a good look, gotta go to work) and the liquid coming out doesn't seem to have any smell to it, so I don't think it's engine oil or gas.
Anyone have any idea what it is and if it's normal or not? I put 4.5qts of engine oil in about 1.5 months ago and now the dipstick shows it as half full, with the engine off.

When was the last time you changed out your transmission fluid?

never changed my tranny fluid (2nd owner, bought @ 94k miles /w 60k done), and yeah I have been using my ac a lot lately. I'll try and get a picture of what I'm talking about up tomorrow.
Here's a picture from stealth316, the front passenger side lower control arm. The mysterious leaking hose is located on the driver's side of where the control arm hooks up to the body, so you can't see it in this picture.

Hmmm ... check your steering rack dude. Take a look at it, see if it's wet. *shrug*

There has to be a way you can find out what fluid it is ... taste it, smell it, put your finger in it.

Is the liquid clear? No taste, no smell? If all of the above, it's probably condensation.

Haha, I'm not gonna taste anything that comes out of a car. The liquid is odorless though, and everything seems normal (no CEL, drives normally, etc.)
Here are a few pictures taken from behind the front wheel passenger side, the hose is outlined in red:

You should put oil in your ride man. I would worry about that too!

Man, I don't know how you know that but thanks. It was just bothering me even though nothing was wrong...must be some sort of bug that eats money.
