Car failed inspection, first thing is gutted pre cats. I know I'll need to put stock ones on but I have another issue I think may be causing emission issues (as noted by the previous owner). The turbos blew a while back (have been rebuilt since) and he thinks another issue is the intercooling piping needs to be cleaned with parts cleaner. I took off one pipe just to check and there is residue in it. Should I take the time to clean all the piping?
Thanks. |

The car does not smoke, and im not sure how hot the car was when it was tested, as the last owner took it for inspection. Still in the process of trans work so i wanna try to get other stuff done as well.
