Default Help! Clutch/tranny problem?

Ok... Gotta problem, heres the description:

Sometimes, it gets REAL tough to get it into first or reverse from a dead stop. Occasionally its a little tricky to get into other gears also, but not nearly as bad as first or reverse..

The clutch seems to be dragging a bit, even with the clutch pedel pushed all the way down.. (I can put it in first gear at a stop, and have the clutched pushed all the way in, and if I rev the engine, the car will start to creep forward) ... Sometimes its dragging so much that it almost kills the car if im at a dead stop.

The clutch doesnt seem to be slipping at all, however, it doesnt engage till the pedel is over half way out.

So, normally, I would just replace the clutch, drain/refill the transmission, and bleed the clutch.

However, money is VERY tight. Basically, I can afford to replace the clutch (with a stock replacement ), OR, replace the fluids with good stuff (redline maybe?).

On a side note, my tranny does have a real slow leak, so it might be low on fluid.

Please let me know what you guys think...

Thanks!
