Default Headlights

I recently bought a 91 Vr4 twin turbo to tinker with and develop my mechanic skills, as well as show these boys in their stock mustangs and eclipses that their cars aren't anything. I was just wondering if its possible and if so how hard it is to convert the the flip up headlights to the newer version like on the 95 i used to have. Also is it expensive?

If you do a search there will be plenty of results.
Basically you have to replace the front bumper, turn signals, headlights, headlight buckets, and hood. You are looking at a couple hundred bucks and some work.

Personally I'd spend the money on a datalogger, aftermarket intake, boost controller, and a decent boost gauge to give the car a little more oomph (those wont be near as expensive as a headlight conversion)

dont worry bout the headlights if you want to go faster hahaha. like mentioned above, its almost teh entire front end you need to change over to teh 2gen if you want regular lights over the awsome flip ups with the snake eye ability(look it up if you dont know what it is cause its teh shit)

I like the 1g flip lights. I was tinkering with the idea of doing a custom headlight job using the existing buckets, hood etc... At the moment i have the snake eyes out and I love the look. Still debating wether or not to sell my snake eyes...not sure.
