Post Head of large bolt missing that attaches above motor to tranny - motor mount?

I had the motor replaced and recently noticed that a large bolt that attached to the transmission was missing (the head of the bolt is missing)

Not sure if the bolt was simply ignored because they could not remove/unscrew from the replacement motor (and they simply cut it off) or if it sheared-off after installation from vibration, etc.

Anyway before I order anything, I was wondering if this is simply a "BOLT" that attaches from above a heavy 1/4" steel plate (with a circular space to accommodate the bolt) and the tranny below or if there is more to the mount.

Thanx
Ps: Shop closed and cannot return to question them. :-(
I figure I will have this corrected when I have the struts replaced next week.

Not sure what bolt you are asking about! Is this the bracket you are talking about?

Just went back to take a look at the bracket to confirm. No this one is different. (see attached image)
This support bracket I am referring to is part of the motor mount on the passenger side.
There are two other bolts that are attached to the mount and the motor (these bolts are attached at a lower location and unviewable from the image. Admittedly I didn't notice these other bolts previously which had me concerned)

This missing bolt seems to be more to support/stabilize the tranny.

Anyway I will probably try to have it drilled, removed and replaced.
