Default Going Big!!Need some input.

my motor took a shit on me again, so i am going tear it all down and do it all correct the first time. here is a list of everything i plan on getting, i have a 93, so i have the forged Crank already

Pauter Rods
Ross custom pistons
PTE 50-Trim (3sx)
Supra Fuel Pump (have one installed already)
After market Front mount intercooler (GT PRO)
Ported and polished heads with street cams
lightened Fly Wheel
Aftermarket Cam Gears
Solid Motor Mounts
2 pc. Carbon fiber/ alum. Drive Shaft
1000CC Injectors.

Some questions i have now. What kind of exhaust should i run. Can i run the IPS quad tip, or should i have a single shot 4" exhaust made.
What kind of clutch should i get to handle all the power,
I plan on running an AEM Boost Gauge Controller, Scan Master, AEM WB.
What are some other ways of tuning my car. and making shure it dont gernade. (besides data logger)
and lastly, What i the best way to manage fuel. i will be running E85.

(This set up is basically like IMPORT POWER's) i had everything planed out, but only with 16G, seeing his numbers made me want to go bigger. and e85 of course. thanks for all your help this will take roughly 2-3 years to complete and could use any and all help/ suggestions on what i need, or do not need. or what would be easier. THanks again

I'm doing a single turbo setup on my car right now. It's not done yet, but an IPS EVO 16G kit would be the easiest way to go. In fact if I had I'm pretty sure my car would be running by now and fast. If you want a good kit for a larger turbo setup look at the DR-800s and up.

Food for thought....

i may do that also, and just upgrade later on once i have evrything. my goal was 700HP...i kno the 16G can get that, but i want to see how much more, and the PTE 50-trim seemed to give off ALOT of power so i decided to step it up. As stated befor, i still may go E16g, and then up grade later. see how hard it is to have my baby sitting there not being able to drive.

I'm doing a GT-4088 on my car and it will be capable of more than I'm wanting out of it. Since there's no full single turbo kit for the 3/S you'll have to fabricate a lot on your own - that takes more money and even more time. And you can always upgrade to larger twins from the 16Gs if you desire. Just my 2 cents from my experience so far - the kits are there for the twins and it will save you a LOT of hassle!
