Default Front tire, brake, suspension problem after new tire install

Yesterday I switched off my buddies stock rims and tires with the rims that came with the car and new tires. I have never had this problem untill i started driving it from the shop yesterday after switching the tires. The tires were balanced and properly inflated.

When i start out slow and move fowards I can hear on both sides make a somewhat of a grinding noise. When i reach around 40kph it turns into a thunking sound and you can feel it in the floorboard its also incredibly loud. It sort of goes away when i speed up and it gets incredibly loud when i slow down without being on the breaks. when i get on the brakes the sound goes away.

I adjusted the suspension from 4 to 3 on the front but i dont think it would cause this problem would it?

I took some videos but i wont be able to post them till after work.

Pull the rims off and look for signs of wear. Obviously something is rubbing on something else. Either the inner diameter of the rims is too small, or something is mucked up, maybe the ABS rings?

It doesn't sound like normal dust shield noise, but for good measure could you check to make sure the dust shield isn't rubbing on the rotor?

sounds like a collapsed bearing to me.
jack the car and check for play in the wheel up/down/left and right.

Problem solved.......

The nuts weren't tight enough
Well at least i think so.
Removed the wheels, no play everything checked good. Put the tires back on and everything works fine now, but it does look like ill need new boots soon.
