Default Foglight bulb change

Hey i just picked up my vr4 and found out one of the foglight bulbs is burned out. I got down there and figured it would just be a screw on the front the came out but i couldnt figure how to remove the housing. Do you have to remove part of the air dam to get at it? Thanks

There are three plastic panels under the bumper. You will have to remove the one under the fog light you want to change first. After that you remove the assembly or just the backing plate.
