I have a 91 Stealth R/T. I want to swap a 3000gt dual system for my single. Has any one done this before? should I go with standard 3000 system or a VR-4 system. I have a chance to get either one for $125.00. My choice. I noticed that my rear bumper as an outline for exhaust on the backside of the bumper. dremel ready to go. I would like how hard this swap is and anyone have pics doing so. If I do this exchange I will take pics and do a write up on how to do it. Poormans dual exhaust

i dont if the non active exhaust cars have the plug in's and the wires in the back to make the car an active exhaust car....as far as bolting it in..it should be fairly straight foward...

wiring the active exhaust is just a simple 3 (+12v, tigger, and ground)wire job to make it work, the plug is not in the rear of the car, but the wiring under the dash is.
all you need to do is run the +12v from the power window relay, tap one wire to the ecu, run both of those wires to the rear of the car. and install the active exhaust switch. you need to make sure you get the switch, motor, cable, and control box that is located on top of the active aero ecu.
