Default Electrical Troubles

Uhh random problem. Basicially my accessories work when the car is running, but not when it is off.

Motor running - Everything works
Key ON - brights do not work. Everything else
Key on ACC - Radio and horn. No lights at all.
Key off - Nothing works except horn. My ECU clears its codes and my radio resets if I leave it for a while

Any ideas to put me in the general area

Been there, done that. There are a few possibilities. Just check them all.

Fuse doesn't make sense, if a fuse was blown the headlights or whatever wouldn't work at all, not just when key is on run, whatever, sounds like you have some gremlins living in your electrical system.

Do NOT doubt me. I know for a fact its a fuse. There are a few different ones that can cause these exact same issues.

As I've said, Been there, done that.

Actually that could be an IOD fuse. Sorry for doubting you.

IOD is one of the things it could be. Everything there is related to what the IOD controls. There are a few fuses in the cabin that could be making it act the same way.

IOD = Ignition Off Draw, pretty much disables certain things like lights when the ignition is off, I belive it is the yellow object at the bottom of the fuse block in this picture, it is in the underhood fuse block.
