My money is on your ECS computer being bad. The ECS has the infamous "Rubycon" caps which go bad with time. Take the unit out and have the board cleaned and all Rubycon caps changed.

Did you replace the main ECU are the ECS ECU. They are to different control units and if the ECS ECU goes out it is known to give this kind-of error.

You might also have either a connector on a strut or a strut that is giving problems. Check the connector on top of each strut and make sure that it is secure.

my car was doing this....same exact issue...both tour and sport lights would blink at the same time...now i put in a used ECS computer unit, worked until i got out of the drive way..hit a bump, same issue again...then i read that you can check each individual shock tower, (the caps, where the ECS plugs in at)for any loose connections, which all mine were 100% good..at that point in time i had all new OEM, ECS, struts..with a tein s lowering spring...put all new struts, problem fixed...
so to sum it all up things to check
1: check your ECS computer unit, (located in back on passenger side rear)
2: check each connection on top for loose/ bad connection
3: one or more struts are worn out..causing the ECS to not work right

Click the rep button under their avatar.

Just be sure to pull the harness from the computer at least. If the ECS computer has gone it can take the ECU with it.

Yeah. It's on the lower passenger side in the hatch. You'll have to remove the plastic bin on the floor. Unscrew the panel, and then just pull the harness out of the bottom of the computer and the light will go away.
