Alex is right, part of the PCV system. It does NOT go to a boost controller.

no the PCV system hose from the rear valve cover goes to the bubble between the 2 pre-turbo pipes. the nipple on the front pre-turbo pipe goes to the evap canister.

this. put a vacuum cap on it and be done. some fill it with silicone. I dont recommend this. If your luck is like mine somehow it will fall out and go through the turbine
