Without question, lower your boost and get a datalogger if you can.

I've got my controller at .92-.95hkpa which is around 13.5PSI.

I logged when I turned it up, and was having 6-7 counts of knock at very high RPM. I haven't logged since, and might turn it up another pound or so. I changed my motor mounts which could have been causing some of that knock.

how much do the data loggers cost? and what one would be best for me? (also a little cheaper, since i don't have that much money as it is)

Mine is at 17psi max, but my car is modded to be able to take it.
If those are 9bs and you are getting 20psi, something is def. wrong and you are blowing in lots of HOT air. Find out if the fuel injectors are stock or aftermarket, it any other fuel mods have been done (hot wired the fuel pump for example), and find out for sure what turbos you have in there.
