if your only replacing the wires then get stock replacements. as for the plugs im not sure since you are modding the boost im sure someone else will help you with that but anything NGK has always worked flawlessly for me. (although i hear on stock engines using iridium or those 4 platinum plugs can damange your pistons? is that true anyone?)

OEM wires and either NGK coppers or platinums for plugs. Run about a .032"-.036" gap. Coppers get better spark but the platinums last longer. I run coppers and change them out every spring.

Platinum/Iridium NGK or Denso plugs if you're leaving it stock or it has a good tune and you're going to leave it alone. Go with NGK coppers if you're in the process of tuning/modding since they are good but cheap in case you foul them. For wires stick with OEM or get the MSD wires with the L-shaped boot. The straight boot has issues with arcing on the head. The L-shaped boots are the more expensive of the two.

if you dont mind changing plugs more often I'd go with coppers as well. Stock wires should be just fine.
If you dont want to change your plugs as often then go with the platinums. Its really not that hard, and the more you change your plugs, the faster you will get at doing it. And you can re-gap platinums, you just have to be more careful about doing it.

Also interested in this as I'm going to be changing my plugs and wires later this month. Was planning on using Denso IK24 Iridiums with NGK plug wires. The car is pretty much stock other than a downpipe and gutted precats, though it will have DR-500s running stock boost next month. Any downsides to this setup?
