Question Base to R/T Tail Light conversion!

Hey I just got a 1992 base model stealth and I love it. I put the rear end from an R/T on it and the tail lights will not function properly. Going from a three light 2057 set up to a 2 light set up leaves the leads from the brake and turn signals to canel each other out but they both need to utilize the bright element in the single 2057 bulb on each side. So.... do i need a module or relay, different wiring or switch to make this work properly??? Somebody help before I get pulled over!!! lol....

You have to get the R/T tail light harness and splice it into your current wires..

I did this.... But to no luck... I tried wiring those 4 wires all different ways but both the brake and the signal leads go to the same bulb. the signal will work until you step on the brake then all signals turn on and stay on until brake is released... thank you for the response though...

You need the RT flasher module.

I read another article about how the connections were different on this flasher module. Is that true and where is the module located at... Thank you for your patience I am new....
