Is this an LT1 camaro? If so, depends on the driver but you've got a pretty good chance. Without exhaust and an MBC an LS1 ws6 would rape you in 3rd pretty hard. Congrats on the purchase btw.

a stock lt1 is a dog. you should take it no problem. a t/a ws6 is damn near identical to a same year camaro z 28. if its an ls1 and your stock dont bother, youll get embarassed. i was pushing 15 psi against one and barely took him. the only advantage i had was a much better 60 ft because of the awd.

but honestly. instead of bench racing get to the track and do it. its much more fun to get out and race knowing you might not win instead of only racingn guys you think you can beat.

hell i would line up against an enzo if i could.

its not the results that count, just how much fun you have coming up with them

When I was boosting 12psi with an intake and downpipe, I got pulled very slowly by a 94 Firebird Formula LT1 w/ all BPU mods and a 9" rear that had trapped 112 at the track.

thanks for all the comments, ill just problably go against the z28 and after i got bpu ill go agaist the ws6.. you guys think that the down pipes and headers from E-bay are good... will they improve performance or will it be a waste of money?

headers would be a waste of money, as far as the downpipes go some people have fitment issues with the ebay ones, they're kinda hit or miss, I would say spend the extra money to get a good one, first mods should be a boost controller, boost gauge (factory one is crap), downpipe, exhaust, and intake

Turbo cars don't have headers, they have manifolds. Just an FYI Everything else sounds dead on though, good luck and let us know how they go!

You can get headers for turbo cars. 3sx sells them.
