Yup, you have to change a bunch of stuff but it's definately doable.
You'd need the 6 speed trans (of course), transfer case, driveshaft or at least the front piece, differential, and probably the shifter cables too. Axles are the same for front and rear. I did mine and it was by far the best mod.
