ok so after a quick look at the 3000gt lights they look pretty simple, make a bucket for the lights and a flat peace of lexan over it and your done, however to pull this of for the first gen r/t guys lie my self is going to take some work, what we need are lexan covers from a 94+ stealth or 3000gt because the lexan has some flex to it but not enought to meet the curve at the bottom of the light any one work with lexan before? if i make a mold for a clear plastic cover can any of you use vacume molding and lexan to make the cover?

What I meant was that I'd like something that doesn't just look like I've bolted a pair of driving lights in and covered it w/ lexan. I definitely think the lights used ( projector or reflector based ) need to be round, NOT rectangular. It sounds like you've got the fit in mind, as far as considering the contour of the cover, rather than just cutting out a flat piece. Basically, the look, the fit, and the seal against water/dirt would be my biggest concerns.....

Either way, good luck, I would certainly buy a good product!

I would say a round-bulb headlight would look best. Whether you go with a two-bulb setup like the 94+ cars or maybe try a single-bulb I think it would still look better that the stock pop-ups.

Yeah I hear you, I won't put something that looks like crap on my car either but try to keep in mind I'm working out of a garage I'm gathering info and working on a design now but we will be limited by the lights that will fit in the small space I like the way JoJO's likes look as many of you do and I thing if we did that with round lights we would have something
