Its Mothers Back To Black, and it sucks. You want Black WOW Trim gel, corny name, incredible product. Its what every professional detailer will use, its what I use, and it works.

i restored mine about 2-3 weeks back, if your talking about the trim leading from the hatch to the top of the car above the windows and such.

just taped it all off and gave it a couple coats of black satin rattle can spray, looks beautiful.
just make sure before you spraypaint anything to use some kind of degreaser or something to remove any old wax, polish, etc, because it will make the paint fisheye and no one wants that.

Id recommend painting it black. Or better yet, just paint the strip on the bumpers black, and get some sideskirts and door caps

The Black to black stuff is terrible. Looks like Jiz and it streaks.

I'd go with Painting it. Sand it down nice and good. Rub it down with High Percentage Alcohol, let dry. Paint it with some decent paint, wet sand it, and clear coat it with the same company of paint you used. Let dry and be ready to drool.
